I’m excited to announce that starting next week, Erica will be a special correspondent for Race in the Workplace! She will write one post per week, linking to some of our favorite recent blog posts and articles on workplace issues, and will also be helping me with some odds and ends behind the scenes. Erica has been writing at swirlspice since 2002 and at Metroblogging Minneapolis since 2005. That’s “swirl” as in mixed and “spice” as in… well, you know. She’s an engineer at a drug company by day. When she’s not otherwise occupied with the internet she’s running, biking or performing with the Twin Cities Women’s Choir.
